Advanced techniques: role- and context-setting, multi-step tasks, template-building, common mistakes. By the end of the day you'll have your own reusable prompt library.
1 day · online, on-site, or hybrid · 4–12 people
You already use AI. Now learn to work with it like a pro.
This masterclass is for people who are past the basics: you write prompts for ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini every day, but you can feel that the quality of the answer is mostly down to luck. If you're just starting out, take a look at our other AI courses first — a half-day AI fundamentals workshop is a better starting point before you jump into this one.
This course isn't about handing out templates: we don't give you ready-made prompts, we teach you how to write your own for any task — by the end of the day you'll have a complete, personal library of them, in your own team's professional language.
Four advanced techniques you'll be using the next day
- 01
Role- and context-setting
How to give a prompt a role and background so the answer isn't generic, but tailored precisely to your situation.
- 02
Multi-step tasks
Breaking a large task into prompts that build on each other, so you can carry a more complex piece of work through with AI.
- 03
Template-building
Building your own reusable prompt templates for your recurring tasks: proposals, reports, customer replies.
- 04
Common mistakes
The most common prompting mistakes and how to fix them, before you waste time on answers that miss the mark.
What makes up a good prompt?
Most bad answers come down to a missing layer, not the model. We'll consciously learn to build these four — on your own tasks, not generic examples.
Live, interactive, on your own tasks
Live online, on-site at your office, or hybrid — always live and interactive, never a pre-recorded video. Ideally 4–12 people, so everyone can work on their own task.
Your own prompt library, still working for you tomorrow
You get a recording of the course, your complete prompt library tailored to your industry, and 30 days of email follow-up: if you get stuck in the real world, we'll help.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need technical background?
No coding skills required, but this is an advanced course: it helps if you already have a daily routine with an AI tool (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). If not, we'll discuss beforehand whether an AI fundamentals workshop makes sense first.
Is the training online or on-site?
Whatever works for you: live online, on-site at your office, or hybrid — always live and interactive, never a pre-recorded video.
Do I get ready-made templates, or do I write my own?
You write your own, and that's the whole point. You can find ready-made prompt collections anywhere, but they never fit your tasks exactly. On the day, you'll build templates for your own five recurring tasks, plus an error catalog of when and why the model gives a bad answer — so later you'll be able to write one for a new task on your own.
What group sizes is it for?
Ideally 4–12 people, so everyone can work on their own task throughout the day.
