One day, five blocks, everyone on their own machine
A full day, in five blocks: each block opens with a 20-minute demo, followed by 40 minutes working on your own task, then we review the results together. Everyone needs their own laptop and a logged-in ChatGPT account — this isn't a lean-back lecture, it's a working day.
Live online, on-site at your company, or hybrid. Ideal group size is 4–12 people, so we can be right there with everyone during the data analysis and custom GPT blocks.
How does the day unfold?
More than just a good afternoon
At least one working custom GPT that you build during the day and your colleagues can use too; a settings checklist you can roll out to the rest of the team; and a data-analysis recipe for the report you used to put together by hand.
You'll also get the recording of the day, prompt templates adapted to your industry, and 30 days of email follow-up: if your custom GPT or a setting trips you up a week later, we'll answer.

Do we need a paid ChatGPT subscription?
Most of the day can be done on the free plan, but the custom GPT and data-analysis blocks require Plus or Team. Before the training, we'll tell you who on your team actually needs a subscription and which plan is enough — we're not selling anything, we're not resellers.
What's the difference between a good prompt and a custom GPT?
A prompt is a one-off instruction; a custom GPT packages up the knowledge, tone, and files so your colleagues can use it without writing prompts at all. On the day, we build both for one of your recurring tasks — writing proposals, for example — and share the GPT live within the team.
Do we work with our own company materials during the training?
Yes, and that's exactly the point: everyone practices on their real work, not made-up examples. In the first block of the day, we go through which settings make this safe, what to turn off, and what not to upload at all.
