For our other trainings, being able to write an email is enough — not here. This one is for developers and dev teams who already read and write code, and who want to use Copilot or another AI assistant as a real teammate, not just autocomplete.
We're not repackaging AI basics in developer clothing: this is about coding agents, code-focused prompt patterns, and API-level integration — practical material you can put to work on a live project the very next day.

Giving context, inline prompting, and generating code snippets and tests in a way you can actually merge into the codebase — not just copy-paste material.
Coding agents in daily work.
Handing multi-step tasks to an agent — refactoring, migration, documentation — and knowing when it's worth delegating the task, and when it isn't.
API integration with AI models.
Wiring an AI model into your own application: calls, cost and speed optimization, and error handling for when the model answers something other than what you expected.
Prompt patterns for code.
Reusable prompt templates for code generation, code review, and documentation writing that your whole team can keep using after the workshop.
How does AI fit into the developer loop?
It doesn't replace coding — it speeds up the two ends of the loop: gathering context and reviewing. On the day, we set up these four steps on your own repo.
How does the developer training run?
On your codebase, not a tutorial project. A one-day live workshop where everyone works in their own repo and their own IDE — so what you leave with isn't a sample app, but a workflow running alongside your actual code.
Online, on-site at your office, or hybrid. Ideally 4–10 developers; from the midpoint of the day we work in pairs, so the review and agent-workflow practice feels like a real situation.
What do you take home from the training?
A working agent workflow on your own repo: a configured assistant, project-level context files, and a review-prompt set your team can run against pull requests. Plus a short, written rulebook for what your team can and can't hand off to the AI.
You'll also get the recording of the day and 30 days of email follow-up: if a workflow gets stuck once you're using it for real, we'll help.
