In half a day, we clarify what AI is good for and what it isn't, how to use it safely with company data — and everyone writes their first 10 prompts right there in the workshop.
Your whole team, no prior experience needed
This workshop isn't for a select group — it's for the entire team at once, from marketing through sales to customer service. No technical background is required: if you can write an email, you can learn to use AI too.
If you want to go deeper — advanced prompting, developer workflows, leadership decision-making — you can choose from our other trainings either after the AI Basics workshop or instead of it.
What do you walk away with after half a day?
What AI is good for and what it isn't
A realistic picture of AI's strengths and limits — no hype, no fear, translated into your everyday work.
Safe use with company data
What you can and can never feed into an AI tool, how to turn off training-based data usage, and how to set up your team's accounts securely.
Your first 10 prompts
We don't copy theory: everyone writes 10 prompts for their own task right there in the workshop — ready to use the next day.
How does the half-day session run?
In two 90-minute blocks with a coffee break in between. In the first, we clarify what AI is good for and what it isn't, and how to use it safely; in the second, everyone writes their own 10 prompts and gets live feedback on them. No prior experience needed, your own laptop is.
Live online, on-site at your office, or hybrid. Ideal group size is 4–12 people, so we can work alongside everyone during the prompt block.
How is the half-day session structured?
Not a handout — a toolkit you'll actually use
Every participant gets the workshop recording, a prompt-template library built from their own 10 prompts and tailored to their industry, and 30 days of email follow-up: if you get stuck in the real world, we're here to help.
